General Conditions of Use

1. Object
The purpose of the online platform / website is the presentation, promotion, and sale of products and/or services provided by GOOD4HEAL.

2. Rules and Conditions of Use
The user undertakes to make a responsible and lawful use in compliance with the laws in force, avoiding any behavior that could affect third parties or impair the proper functioning of the website.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content shared on the website (including text, images, brands, logos, and design) belongs to GOOD4HEAL or third-party entities duly authorized and is protected by copyright legislation.

4. Limitation of Liability
GOOD4HEAL cannot be held liable for technical failures, interruptions in access, or any damages arising from the use of the website, except in situations resulting directly from intent or gross negligence.

5. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings made on the website require a minimum of 48 hours' notice relative to the service to be enjoyed.
A refund of the amount paid at the time of booking the appointment (50% of the total amount due) will only be granted if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds may take between 6 to 8 business days.

6. Modifications
GOOD4HEAL reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary, with the new versions being duly published on the website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any emerging litigation, the court of the Judicial District of Lisbon is determined as competent, with the express waiver of any other.
